How to Build a Social Media Content Plan
Most businesses get stuck at 'I don't know what to post.' Yet breaking content into a few fixed types and planning it monthly makes the job easier and keeps your brand voice consistent.

1. Split content into four types
Every post should have a job to do. Four main types make planning considerably simpler.
- Promotion: service, product, campaign
- Value: informative content that answers questions
- Trust: testimonials, reviews, before-and-after
- Human: team, process, behind-the-scenes shots
2. Build a monthly calendar
If you're aiming for 3 posts a week, that's 12 pieces of content a month. Defining these at the topic level at the start of the month and shooting them in batches saves you from daily panic.
3. Fix your visual language
Using the same colors, the same fonts and the same templates makes your profile instantly recognizable. If you have a corporate identity, your templates should be derived from it.
4. Measure and repeat
At the end of the month, identify the content type that got the most reach and engagement and increase its weight in the next month's plan.
Conclusion
We prepare social media templates, post and story designs that fit your brand identity, and can manage the advertising side as well if you'd like.
